Description
RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE OF IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. AWARD WAS MADE UNDER THE GSA MOBIS FSS. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases serves as the primary agency of the Federal Government responsible for research and research training and communication of research results to the medical community in the areas of diabetes and other metabolic and endocrine disorders; digestive and nutritional disorders; diseases of the kidney and urinary tract; and blood abnormalities. This mission is accomplished through a variety of extramural grant mechanisms which support nation wide research activities and through intramural research areas in the Institute Include: (1) diabetes, endocrinology and metabolic diseases; (2) kidney, urologic and hematologic diseases; and (3) digestive diseases and nutrition. The Grants Management Branch is procuring services for two positions to serve as Grants Management Specialists. These positions are needed to accommodate the increased grants applications received as a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). DUNS 829798029
