- This solicitation SPM4A7-09-R-1392 P.R. 0022703748 for NSN 1650-00-966-7183 (F-4 AIRCRAFT: SPARK ARRESTOR); A technical data package is available requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. From the DIBBS homepage, select “Search RFPs” from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is August 31, 2009. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for _41__ each. The required delivery schedule is 275 days AFAA, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
