Nocopies of the specs & drawings will be sent from this office, ifrequested. You have access to them at this free sitehttps://www.fbo.gov. Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor,superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, temporaryprotection, and other items designated under the provisions of thiscontract to Replace Medical Gas System in Building 85/86. Project Number630A4-08-410, as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown onthe contract drawings. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps.The solicitation will be issued on or about August 28, 2009 with the bidopening on or about September 28, 2009. The bidder is responsible tomonitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps. https://www.fbo.govthat may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is$500,000.00 - $1,000,000. The North American Industry ClassificationCode (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $33.5 Millionapplies. Time for completion is 210 days after Notice to Proceed. Theremay be a pre-construction conference held for this project, if so allprospective bidders are encouraged to attend. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits,Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC8127(d), this construction project is set-aside forService-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs).
