Description

Sole Source Justification Draft Statement of Work (SOW) The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to purchase services particular to one organization, Entarco USA, Inc., 1262 Park Plaza Dr., Columbus, OH, 43213. This procurement will be done under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501 (a)(1)(i ) “Sole Source Acquisition.” SSA requires contractor services to redefine the Enterprise Reference Model (ERM) to support the implementation of an Enterprise Data Base (EDB). The EDB will become the authoritative source of data throughout SSA. To date, ENTARCO is the only vendor known capable of providing a methodology follows the Zachman framework and adheres to the CoDASYL 3-schema architecture. Any vendor capable of providing services that can perform the essential requirements must present electronic/written evidence of such capabilities by August 19, 2009. The evidence must include a discussion of how the services would satisfy the proposed requirements. The Government does not intend to pay for information received and does not intend to provide evaluation results to the sender.
