Description

Draft Sole Source Justification The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to purchase services particular to one organization, Axis Software Designs, 1750 30th St Suite 644, Boulder, CO 80301. This procurement will be done under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501 (a)(1)(i ) “Sole Source Acquisition.” SSA requires contractor services to analyze the current model management environment in order to provide specific recommendation for streamlining and improvement. Further, SSA requires contractor support services to assist with the review of existing standards and procedures—as well as internal use of Erwin and Model Manager as a foundation for future modeling and database design efforts. Any vendor capable of providing services that can perform the essential requirements must present electronic/written evidence of such capabilities by August 19, 2009. The evidence must include a discussion of how the services would satisfy the proposed requirements. The Government does not intend to pay for information received and does not intend to provide evaluation results to the sender. All responses must be sent to Traci.leach@ssa.gov. by Wednesday August 19, 2009 1:00pm EST.
