- #SB1341-09-RQ-0531 Mid-IR Hyperspectral Imager The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to technical questions submitted. QUESTION 1: What is the expected NESR performance of the imager? RESPONSE 1: 0.001 Watt per centimeter cubed per steradian QUESTION 2: What is the expected radiometric accuracy? RESPONSE 2: We are not aware of the manufacturer-defined radiometric accuracy of any infrared hyperspectral imager QUESTION 3: What is the preferred type of hyperspectral imager technology (FT-IR technology or dispersive system)? RESPONSE 3: Either technology is acceptable, if it meets the requirements stated previously QUESTION 4: Could you please clarify the technical requirement of Item #11 in terms of data cubes per second? RESPONSE 4: The data cube has 200 spectral bins according to Item #2, and there is one spectral bin per frame. So, if there are 200 frames per second, that translates to one data cube per second. If there are a smaller number of bins, the number of cubes goes up. So, Item #11 really refers to spectral bins per second, and not datacubes per second.
