Description

*****SOLICITATION ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is September 1, 2009. ***** Project includes falling of danger trees, removal and/or replacement of 18-inch, 24-inch and 30-inch pipes (dewatering required on the 30-inch pipe); reconditioning of roadway, including ditches, culvert inlets and outlets; placement of Government-furnished aggregate and straw; repair of existing culverts and placement of riprap. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest, Douglas and Lane Counties, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers are due by close of business on September 15, 2009. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 365 calendar days. Estimated start work date is October 1, 2009. This contract is NOT set-aside for small business pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act.
