Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source procurement using procedures FAR Part 13.5 test programs for Commercial items to Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG) Inc. 3741 Lake Shore Rd, Blasdell, NY 14219. The Coast requires: the upgrade to the existing BCG VVHF Voice over IP Communications software. The upgrade will modify this existing software to look and feel like the interface used by Coast Guard Sector watch standers to monitor the Coast Guard Rescue 21 system. This upgrade is the integration of the existing BCG VoIP communication capabilities with the R21 operator interface. This is not a request for quotation, however interested parties may identify temselves and their capacity to satisfy this Coast Guard requirement, if no response are received with 7 days negotiations will be conducted with Buffalo Computers Graphics.
