Description

Provide and install a complete fire alarm system upgrade at the U. S. Postal Facillity, P & D Center, 701 Loyola Ave., New Orleans, LA 70113-9631. The upgrade shall include but not be necessarily limited to building renovations to add walls, metal doors and frames, fire alarm pull stations, strobes, annunciators, control panels, wiring, conduit and the like. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 26, 2009, 10:00 AM at site. Scheduled due date for acceptance of proposals is September 2, 2009, 3:PM, COB. Estimated price range of project is between $ 1,900,000.00 to $ 2,200,000.00. Project completion time in calendar days is 300. Contractor to have office within 200 miles of location of project.
