Description

Solicitation N00421-09-T-0170 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Red Rock Technologies, Inc. for the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Red Rock Technologies, Inc. The contract line item number and description is **CLIN 0001 Quantity 77 ea P/N RRT-SPL2068-1 1-Slot VME 128MB Flash Drive. Award is expected 24 AUG 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 20 AUG 2009 may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
