Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Scope of work is to provide all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and transportation to perform inspection and re-coating on four (4) above ground purge fluid storage tanks in accordance with the Statement of Work. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35 dated 14 July 2009, DFARS change notice 20090729.
