- SF 330 This request is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. This is an Architect-Engineering (A-E) service acquisition for a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS Code is 541330. The Architect-Engineer (A-E) services required are for a geotechnical report for the construction, drainage, and site grading planned for the Forest Service compound located in Hoodsport, Washington. The Contractor's report shall meet the requirements of the Mason County Resource Ordinance 17.01.100, Landslide Hazard Areas. This includes submittal of a checklist for a geotechnical report for Mason County and all associated requirements and documentation. The cost estimate is between $10,000 and $25,000. SELECTION CRITERIA: Significant evaluation criteria in order of their relative importance are: a) professional qualifications; b) specialized experience and technical competence in geotechnical assessments for Mason County, Washington; c) capacity for timely accomplishment of work; d) past performance on and familiarity with Mason County projects of this type; and e) proximity of the firm to Hoodsport, Washington. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Interested firms which meet the requirement described in this announcement are invited to submit two copies (1 original and 1 copy) of their completed Standard Form (SF) 330. This form is also required for all consultants. All information relating to the firm(s) qualifications must be obtained in the SF 330. Inclusion by reference to other material is not acceptable. Firms responding to this announcement by the closing/response date will be considered for selection. This is not a request for proposal. Fax copies will be accepted.
