- ****contract has been awarded to lowest bidder: MoviMED/MoviTHERM, Irvine CA for $31,935.00***** This publication serves as notice of intent to procure services for the Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), National Marine Mammal Laboratory (NMML) Seattle, WA. The government intends to acquire services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Proposed vendor will provide a micro-computer and software designed to control, interact with and store data from a FLIR model A325 thermal camera for use in manned and unmanned aircraft surveys of seals in Alaska. For specifications/limitations please see the included statement of work. The government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance of: computer system and software will be delivered by December 1, 2009 and one year of technical support will be provided by the vendor and included in the purchase price. This is a small purchase action estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00. ***The Western Regional Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date NO award can be made unless the vendor id registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
