Description
HAFB clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2ETGL9218A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on the lowest price to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-36. This acquisition is to be 100% set-aside and awarded to Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513. The Small Business size standard for this code is 500. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: PicoDAS16 Analog Module. 37-pin Airborn input connectors, 16 channel differential input; individual 16-bit A/D convertors; 2.5/5/10 volt excitation; individual excitation fold back short circuit protection; 5-pole fixed butterworth filter @ 100kHz; variable digital filter; excitation/gain check; auto calibration; zeroing to.1%. Qty: 1 CLIN 0002: PicoDAS16 Processor/power module. 37-pin airborn digital I/O connector; 1Hz to 500kHz sampling rate; 64 GB permanent memory/1 MB pre-trigger memory; 16 event inputs; 8 digital outputs; trigger output, ethernet 100BaseT communication; 4 analog level triggers; Irig-B Amplitude decoding on any analog channel; 10.5-16.5 VDC input; redundant power input. Qty: 1 CLIN 0003: PCM Streaming and IRIG-B Decoding Telemetry Module.
