- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase modular furniture to accommodate our DOIM Office in a building that is currently empty. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business Concerns. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to meet the requirement. The NAIC is 334310. The solicitation will be available on or about the 19 August 2009 with a closing date for quotes due by 08 September 2009. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2009. See the Solicitation for details. The solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil. The government award will be based on the best value with the evaluation factors to be set forth in the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registration in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
