- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a variety of computerperipheral equipment. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has found products made byNational Instruments that meet or exceed the specifications and requirements. MSFC isseeking quotes for products that are brand name or equal to the listed items below.1. 778636-02 NI PXI-1042Q Quiet 8-Slot Chassis one (1) each2. 763000-01 Power Cord, AC, U.S. 120 VAC one (1) each3. 960903-02 NI Standard System Assurance Program for PXI one (1) each4. 779539-01 PXI-8433/4, 2000V isolated RS422/485, 4 Port Serial Interface, to included DB9 adapters one (1) eachThis procurement is a total small business set-aside. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to MSFC TBD. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 8/24/2009 by 4:00p.m. to JanetAppleton at janet.l.appleton@nasa.gov or faxed 256-544-6560 and must include,solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule,discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), identification of any specialcommercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin.FAR 52.212-4 (MAR 2009), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
