Description: The Defens Energy Support Center (DESC), DESC-PIB, Posts, Camps & Stations (PC&S), in support of Purchase Program 1.8D, Spain, intends to issue RFP Solicitation SP0600-09-R-0216 on or about August 19, 2009. This solicitation covers the ground fuel requirements for customers located at the NASA Deep Space Communications Complex (MDSCC), Madrid; Navy Exchange, Naval Station Rota; and the United States Air Force Base, Moron. The fuel requirements for Madrid are for Red-Dyed ULSD, #2 Grade (DSS) and Gasoline, Premium (ULG); the requirements for Rota are for Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur (SFD), Gasoline, Premium (ULG), and Fuel Oil, Burner #2 (FS2); and the requirements for Moron are for Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur (SFD), Gasoline, Premium (ULG), and Fuel Oil, Burner #2 (FS2). The Ordering period is 01 MAY 2010 through 30 April 2013 and the Delivery Period is 48 hours after beginning of Ordering Period through 31 MAY 2013.
