Description
RECOVERY (ARRA) – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to Pacific Consulting Group and ICF Macro. These firms are current holders of Internal Revenue Service Customer Satisfaction Blanket Purchase Agreements. These BPAs are competitively awarded ordering mechanisms under which the IRS issues individually competed task orders. These agreements are used to allow efficient and effective competition between firms that have demonstrated capability in the area of customer satisfaction surveys and have established approved physical and information security procedures to meet Government requirements for the protection of taxpayer data. A single firm, fixed-price task order will be competitively awarded to a contractor which holds a customer satisfaction BPA. The contractor that receives the task order will administer a previously IRS developed and Office of Management and Budget approved customer satisfaction survey. The taxpayers surveyed will be individuals who either claim or are eligible to claim the Health Coverage Tax Credit. The contractor will also be required to report the results to the IRS in a format which protects the anonymity of respondents. The period of performance will be ten weeks from date of award. This notice is for informational purposes only and is being posted because this action will be funded wholly or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This requirement will be awarded to an existing IRS customer satisfaction blanket purchase agreement holder only.
