- The proposed contract action is for M16A4 Rifles FMS Configuration. The TACOM Contracting Center Rock Island intends to award as an add on to one of the existing contracts that the Government currently has with FN Manufacturing LLC, 797 Old Clemson RD Columbia, SC 29229 or Colt Defense, 547 New Park Avenue, Hartford, CT 06141 or Sabre Defence, 450 Allied Drive Nashville, TN 37211 for a qty 17,842. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to buy and to restrict to the above mentioned contractors under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
