- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN NEWARK, NJ STAR #: 8NJ2071 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space at least 1 floor above ground level. The space offered must consist of approximately 14,324 to 14,753 RSF rentable square feet in Newark, NJ. The space should yield 12,456 to 12,829 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require one (1) reserved parking space in the building. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Raymond Blvd South: East Kinney Street East: McCarter Highway West: Broad Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
