- Performance Work Statement for Hood and Duct Maintenance/Cleaning Sources Sought ***This requirement is currently UNFUNDED. *** The government does not presently intend to award a contract, but does want to obtain information in the event that funding is obtained. The government may or may not award a contract for some or all of the items in this request. **This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. ** The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking a potential source interested in proposing on an acquisition for: CLIN 001: 1 Each: Base facility hood and duct cleaning; CLIN 002: 1 Each: Hood and duct fire suppression system; testing, maintenance and fusible link replacement. CLIN 003: 1 Each: Hood and duct misc. repair as required. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code as 561790. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Point of contact including phone number, physical and e-mail address. 2. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. 3. CAGE Code for your firm. 4. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 5. Cost estimation. ***FYI...366th Contracting Office will most likely be awarding contracts up until midnight on 30 September 09, for Fiscal Year End. Please inform us if your company, or a company representative, will be available to obtain firm quotes on that day. ***
