Description
Statement of work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0459170A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-36, Effective 11 Aug 2009 and Defense DCN 20090729 Last Update:29 July 2009, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803 Effective 18 Mar 2009. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G003. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8661. 0001-Catholic Parish Coord See Attached Statement of Work Period Of Performance: Basic Year: 01 Oct 09-30 Sept 10 Option Year 1: 01 Oct 10-30 Sept 11 Option Year 2: 01 Oct 11-30 Sept 12 Option Year 3: 01 Oct 12-30 Sept 13 Option Year 4: 01 Oct 13-30 Sept 14 The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
