- Requirement: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 23,500 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet of office space and related space in a Class "A" building. Location: The delineated area is the city limits of Frederick, MD. Buildings that are outside the city limits of Frederick, MD will not be considered. <u> </u> <u> </u> Lease Term: The lease term will be ten (10) years with a five (5) year firm term. Expressions of Interest: Expressions of interest shall be submitted by August 25th and include the following: Building Name and Address; Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; Common Area factor; Owner's name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.
