- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Objet Geometries Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each Eden 260V Bundle to consist of: Eden 260V 3D printer to have 12 months of warranty for parts and labor, Model Number: E260V/12; Software, Objet Studio, Model Number: GNL-10000; Supreme Start-Up Kit-Eden 260V, Model Number: KIT-02008; SHR-Single Head Replacement Printing Head, Model Number: ASY-02005-S; Installation and Basic Training on Site, Advanced Training Via Web Seminar, Model Number: OBJ-05028; 1 X Jumbo Fullcure720 Model Material 3.6KG Cartridge, Model Number OBJ-0302; 1 X Jumbo Fullcure705 Support-3.6KG Cartridge, Model Number: OBJ-03200; Water Jet-110V-includes 1 year warranty on parts and a 6 month warranty on pump, Model Number: OBJ-01200. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment having unique capabilities to Objet Geometries Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
