- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number 2009-Q-00015 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423430 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a requirement for IT Equipment as follows: CX-4PDAE-FD, 4G SAE Field Installation - 2 each; CX-4G15-45OU, EMC Hard Drive 450GB-4Gb, Fibre Channel, 1500 rpm - 30 each Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of order.
