Description
MEMEX Hardware required Draft SOW Memex Training This is a sources sought notice for written information only. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or reimburse the costs incurred by potential offerors in providing the information requested herein. In preparation for an upcoming re-procurement, the Multi-National Transition Security Command-Iraq, is conducting market research to determine potential sources for services to maintain an intelligence report database that shall provide a capacity to disseminate intelligence, link information into logical patterns to allowing collective tasking inside the Iraqi Ministry of Defense intelligence community, and to provide actionable intelligence to conduct operations. The Memex Patriarch software is already in use by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) so providing the Ministry of Defense with Memex will create the infrastructure to promote future information sharing. To provide this operational capability, Ministry of Defense requires an appropriate training facility with appropriate equipment to provide quality training on the Memex Patriarch Software. The location of this training will be conducted in Baghdad, Iraq.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611420. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS. During the performance period, the Contractor shall provide: twenty-five (25) licenses to the MOD for the Memex Patriarch software and install the software onto the MTDC computers in classroom 6, Memex Patriarch User Course classroom instruction totaling 30 hours with up to eighty-five (85) students (15 students in each 30-hour iteration), and Patriarch Administration training totaling 136 hours for ten (10) students. Training will be in Arabic per the attached Plan of Instruction. All instruction and classroom materials will be Unclassified, and releasable to the Government of Iraq. Training supplies for 170 students shall be prepared. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or reimburse the costs incurred by potential offerors in providing the information requested herein. The method of competition will be determined after all responses to this notice have been evaluated. No feedback will be provided regarding individual capability statements.
