- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PE09R7004. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, material and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Stuttgart Commissaries Building # 2350, Patch 3316, Kelley Barracks 2957 and Panzer Kaserne. Services shall be performed in a professional manner. The contractor shall adhere to the standards of this performance work statement. The estimated quantities are listed in Price Sheet. The contractor is required to provide a supervisor for quality control. He/she shall visit all commissaries on a daily bases. Contractors project manager and supervisor shall speak, read and write English. Contractors dayshift person shall speak German and English in a manner that will enable communication with English speaking Government employees. The contractor is responsible for his Quality Control. A Quality Control Plan shall be established prior to contract performance. A work schedule indicating the cleaning personnel duties, including start and end of services time, shall be provided to the Contracting Officer Representative COR at least ten days prior to start of work/ performance. Notification of any change in schedule shall be furnished the COR in writing ten days before they become effective. Cleaning personnel and supervisors are required to wear nametags at all times. Government representatives may inspect contractors performance at any time as well as unscheduled. Customer complaints shall be validated by the COR prior to reporting to the Contracting Officer. Hours of Operation: Patch commissary, (Mo-Sun) 10:00a.m. - 19.00 p.m. Kelly commissary, (Mo, Tue, Wed, Fr and Sat) 11.00 a.m. - 18.00p.m. Panzer commissary, (Mo-Fr) 11.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. Daily Cleaning services shall be performed in Patch Commissary Building #2350 Patch (Monday- Sunday between 06:30-9:45 a.m., 7 days a week to include week-ends). Kelley, Bldg # 3316, services will be performed 5 days a week, (Mo-Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat) between 09.00 and 10:45 Panzer, Bldg# 2957, Panzer commissary, also 5 days a week (Mo-Fr), between 09.00-10:45 a.m. Cleaning of all office areas will be coordinated with the Store managers for access to building. Stain Removal shall be performed daily, deep cleaning shampooing every 3 months, floor maintenance in sales areas every 4 months, high dusting semi annually and interior as well as exterior glass as required.
