- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0258 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on 21 Aug 2009.
