THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE MACC CONTRACT N68711-03-D-7004, IDIQ MACC FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR BY DESIGN-BUILD OR (TO A LESSER EXTENT) DESIGN-BID-BUILD OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE AND ASSOCIATED WORK AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST DIVISION AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, AND NEW MEXICO. The extent of this project is to demo and reinstall 62 HVAC package rooftop units on multiple buildings, demo and reinstall power boxes, reconnect/replace the building's control systems and/or thermostats, and update or replace the roof curbs. The intent is to successfully remove and replace the existing mix of HVAC units with more efficient and longer lasting units that meet the required specification. At the completion of work, 62 newly installed rooftop units shall be completely operational. The MACC Contractors listed on this MACC Group 0032 are as follows: Bestek Engineering, Inc.
