The anticipated award date is 24 Aug 09. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective 22 April, 2008 and DFARS Change Notice 20080124, Standard Industrial Code 2391, North American Industry Classification System Code 423990 and Size Standard of 500 apply to this procurement. Windham Maier, LTD currently holds an active partnership with all suppliers required to fulfill the government's needs and can provide these units immediately.
