- "IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT " The Federal Aviation Administration Western-Pacific Region; hereby announces its intent to solicit a Request for Offers (RFO) for Janitorial services at Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) & N. Las Vegas (ATCT). This requirement is totally set- aside for 8(a) firms. Awards resulting from the RFO will give consideration to the: (1) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and (2) Offeror's past performance with the same or similar work. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary in the performance of the requested services. The solicitation will request pricing for the base period and (4) option years. IMPORTANT NOTE: Contractors must have active registration with Central Contracting Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov before contract award. Contractors must also be certified as an 8(a) firm and provide certification from Small Business Administration (SBA) *****Offers will only be considered by those who respond to this announcement by completing and returning the Business Declaration form and a copy of their 8(a) certification from Small Business Administration (SBA) by the announcement closing date. It is your responsibility to contact the Jr. Contract Specialist named on this announcement to confirm receipt of your document. Incomplete and/or late forms will not be accepted. Once this announcement has closed, a list of confirmed interested vendors who have returned the Business Declaration form and a copy of their 8(a) certification from Small Business Administration (SBA) will be added to a bidder's list. ONLY VENDORS ON THIS LIST WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR THIS SOLICITATION (no exceptions).
