Description

improve features of 2008 Risk Ranking Tool Combine Synopsis/Solicitation 09-223-SOL-00152P This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.5, simplified acquisition procedures and the resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-35. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 09-223-SOL-00152 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being posted for Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 541511 with a small business size standard of 500 employees or less. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded to a sole contractor under this requirement. The period of performance will span three years with one (1) base and two (2) option years. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any related amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award a contract without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer(s) is/are providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary. ***THE FULL TEXT SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED***
