- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0598 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular Number 20090729, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 333314. DESCRIPTION: 0001 - P/N 56632 Tactical Night Sight (TaNS) with Gen-3 Pinnacle Auto Gated Image Tube (Full Mil Spec) Kit, or Equal. (Qty 4 Each) Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 SFS, 3345 S. First St, Bldg 1358, DM AFB, AZ 85707, and please include an estimated delivery date ARO. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance, based on the salient characteristics listed above.
