- Pre- Solicitation. This Pre-Solicitation for formal proposals or quotes Solicitation should be posted on or about August 25, 2009. The VAMC Hampton is currently seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) who are able to provide commercial at least qty of (10) wheelchair van services 12 hours per day, 7 days per week to the Hampton, VAMC and surrounding areas within the Tidewater community to include transportation to VAMC Richmond 1201 Broad Rock Blvd.Richmond VA, VAMC Salem 1970 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA, and VAMC Durham 508 Fulton St. Durham, N.C. The vendor shall have all the certifications, licenses and permits required to provide the service that meet all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All Vehicles to be used in the performance off this contract must be registered in the State of Virginia. Contractor must hold a current State of Virginia Business License in order to proved services under this contract. All responses shall include identification/certification of company size status SDVOSB,DUNS, and any pertinent information pertaining to this sources sought. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
