- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-36. This solicitation is unrestricted. The solicitation number is W91RUN-9212-7000 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 326199. This solicitation will result in a firm, fixed-price contract. The Kentucky Army National Guard has a requirement for 100 Each 2-Head Remote Area Light Systems (RALS) and 100 Each 4-Head Remote Area Light Systems. The light systems quoted need to be equal or better to the Pelican model #s 9460 and 9470. Ship to address will be Guard Material Management Center, 5715 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY 40516. Provide shipping charges on line item #3 if other than FOB destination. CLIN #1 2-Head Remote Area Light Systems 100 Each CLIN #2 - 4-Head Remote Area Light Systems 100 Each CLIN #3 - Shipping Charges The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors, in descending order of importance, shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) price, and (2) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. Technical capability will be considered equally to price and will encompass delivery time and warranty offered. The government reserves the right to make award without discussions. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items. The clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
