- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to contractors under the Regional Contracting Office's existing 8(a) contracts, W912CZ-07-D-0007, Tatitlek Contractors, 561 East 36th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99503; W912CZ-07-D-0012, NTVI, 3437 Airport Way, Suite 203, Fairbanks, AK 99709; and W912CZ-08-D-0002, CCI LLC, PO Box 35028, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703. The Regional Contracting Office will be seeking a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed to replace Meridian/Montgomery Road intersection with improved traffic control facility, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220, and the annual size standard is $33,500,000. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $500K and $1M. It is the Regional Contracting Office's intent to award a fixed-price Task Order to the offeror whose price is most advantageous to the Government. The Task Order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 16.505. Davis-Bacon Wages presently in effect for Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, will prevail.
