- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and is hereby attached. The solicitation number is FA6656-09-T-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-32. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All submittals must be completed using the attached solicitation document. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Part 13. Offers are due no later than 4:00PM EST on 8 September 2009 at 910th MSG/CONF BLDG 504, ATTN: Angela Graham, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, 3976 King Graves RD-Unit 31, Vienna Ohio 44473-5931. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. No award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFQ closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
