Description
STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS Provo/Pleasant Grove Telephone System Requirements The Provo Area and Pleasant Grove field offices of the US Bureau of Reclamation are in need of a replacement telephone system. The system chosen will be SRST installations of Cisco CallManager currently hosted in the Upper Colorado Regional Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. The current host site configuration consists of 2 CallManager servers (version 6.0.1.2000-3, possibly upgraded to version 7.1 prior to Provo/Pleasant Grove installations) and 1 Unity Connection server (version 7.1.2.10000-139). The system is currently configured with FIPS 140-2 security compliance and all subsequent installations require the same security. Installation must be completed by December 31, 2009. The Provo installation must support 120 end users and 124 phones and provide resources to support local Meet-Me/Adhoc conferencing. The site currently has 1 T-1 PRI circuit for voice communications and has a need for 8 analog extensions. They also require an attendant console for the receptionist. This office currently has an overhead paging system (Bogen TPU-100B) that must be integrated with the phone system. They currently have a Cisco Catalyst 4506 Switch with 2 - 1400W power supplies. The following is a currently identified hardware/software list requested for the Provo Area office: 120 - 7942G-GE phones4 - 7662G-GE phones1 - SRST router w/necessary cards and resources100 - Unity Connection voicemail licenses1 - 3560/24 Gigabit Switch with PoE1 - 3560/48 Gigabit Switch with PoE2 - 48 port Gigabit PoE switchblades2 - 2800W Power Supplies for 4506 switch1 - 7915 sidecar + footstand1 - Attendant ConsoleAll other required licenses The Pleasant Grove installation must support 5 end users and 5 phones and provide resources to support local Meet-Me/Adhoc conferencing. The site currently is operating using OPX lines from the Provo office phone system. The new configuration will be an SRST installation and will utilize FXO connections to the telco. They will also require 4 analog extensions. This location will require a router and switch to support their phone installation, workstations and printers. The following is a currently identified hardware/software list requested for the Pleasant Grove office: 5 - 7942G-GE phones5 - Unity Connection voicemail licenses1 - SRST router w/necessary cards and resources1 - 8 port Gigabit PoE switch (minimum port requirements)All other required licenses The following items are required capabilities, qualifications and deliverables that will be evaluated. Vendor proposals need to address these in detail and provide appropriate documentation of any company or individual certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.: "Vendor provided Statement of Work for both site installations "Vendor provided Certified Project Manager to direct the installation to meet the requirements outlined in the statement of work "Vendor provided senior level Cisco CCIE-Voice certified engineers for design and onsite installation "Vendor must be Master Certified in Cisco Unified Communications "Configuration for all phones, analog devices, voicemail accounts, gateways, and all other necessary components to function properly according to the host system design "Vendor will provide detailed documentation of all configuration and procedures associated with the installation "All equipment must be new (not refurbished or used) from Cisco The following items will also be considered in evaluation of offers and qualifications. While information on these items is not required, prospective vendors and service providers are encouraged to address these items as it may affect the rating or ranking of their proposal. Vendor proposals need to address all applicable items in detail and provide appropriate documentation of any company or individual certifications, licenses, registrations, company past performance and three references, etc.: "Price and Availability"Availability of local (within 90 miles of Provo, Utah) CCIE-Voice engineers available to provide continued support"ISO 9000 Certification"Certification as Cisco Powered Managed Services Partner for Unified Communications"Vendor will provide training sessions and materials to end users"Cisco Gold Partner Dale Rogerson is the Bureau of Reclamation POC.
