Description
The following questions have been asked regarding the solicitation of the Ambulance Contract. The answers apply to all Zones. Q: 1. Can a single proposal cover more than one zone or must there be a separate proposal for each of the zones? Being that the contracts appear identical I am assuming we can simply prepare one proposal to cover multiple zones but I just want to be sure I am correct in my assumption. A:[Tibbs, Daniel] No. A SEPARATE PROPOSAL MUST ACCOMPANY EACH ZONE DESIRED Q: 2. Are drivers who operate wheelchair vans required to have CPR and First Aid training or does apply to ambulance drivers only? A: [Tibbs, Daniel] ALL DRIVERS MUST BE CPR CERTIFIED Q: 3. It does not appear as though the Solicitation Provisions set forth on Page 80 of the RFP would apply to this contract. Is this correct? A:[Tibbs, Daniel] NO Provisions apply. Q: 4. At the top of Page 89 of the RFP it states that the Offeror shall identify employees identified to work under this contract. Does this mean you require a list of every employee with their qualifications or simply a summary of employees base and their typical qualifications? A: [Tibbs, Daniel] EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE WILL BE IDENTIFIED AND A BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE COMPLETED. ADDITIONALLY, WE NEED COPIES OF LICENSES ETC. THIS IS TO BE DONE ONCE THE AWARD IS MADE Q: 5. On this same page, with respect to vehicles, are you asking for a complete list of all 30+ plus vehicles, along with maintenance and accident records? A: [Tibbs, Daniel] YES.
