- Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following commercial commodity: 15 ton trailer for a paver. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be on the government procurement website at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov <http://www.fedbizopps.gov/>. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. amendments issued, changes to Statement of Work, Etc). This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the government for reimbursement of any kind. Funds are not available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of these contracts may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer by FMA.
