- Pregnancy/Post-Partum Fitness Instructo; Performance Work Statement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4539156A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 effective 11 Aug 09 ; Defense DCN 20090729 effective 29 Jul 09, and AFAC 2009-0803 effective 18 March 2009. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812990. The business size standard is $7 M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Q518. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7999. Travis AFB has a requirement for an Instructor for Pregnancy/Post-Partum and Walking/Running classes at the Fitness Center/Health and Wellness Center (HAWC), in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, 1 Oct 09-30 Sep 10. 0001-AA : INSTRUCTOR FOR PREGNANCY/POST-PARTUM AND WALKING/RUNNING CLASSES AT THE FITNESS CENTER/HAWC in accordance with the SOW. CLASSES ARE CONDUCTED IN ONE HOUR INCREMEMNTS, M-F, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7 A.M - 9 P.M. NO LESS THAN ONE CLASS PER WEEK AND NO MORE THAN 11 CLASSES PER WEEK. CLASSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: MONDAY: 5PM "POSTNATAL EXERCISE/BOOTCAMP MAMA'S" TUESDAY: 4PM "PRENATAL CARDIOLATES" WEDNESDAY: 4PM POSTNATAL EXERCISE "BOOTCAMP MAMA'S" 5:30PM "TRACK ATTACK" TEACHES RUNNING DRILLS, FORM, AND TECHNIQUE IN AN INTERVAL STYLE FORMAT. DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS TO IMPROVE THEIR RUNNING AND HELP TO AID IN INJURY PREVENTION. THURSDAY: 4PM PRENATAL "CARDIOLATES" -CONDUCTS ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING ON THE REFORMER, FOR CLIENTS REFERRED BY THE HAWC OR FITNESS CENTER FOR THOSE NEEDING POST REHAB OR POST NATAL EXERCISE PROGRAMMING UP TO 3 HOURS PER WEEK FOR SCHEDULING CLIENTS ACCORDING TO THEIR SCHEDULES & CONTRACTOR'S SCHEDULE -CONDUCTS INTRODUCTION TO WALKING CLASS 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR ONE HOUR @ 7AM. CLASSES ARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE ON NON-RUNNING PROFILE, POST NATAL, BEGINNING AND INTERMEDIATE WALKERS. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
