- **Solicitation Closes 28AUG09 at 3:30 PM (PST)** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-09-Q-6SRE6R. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This requirement is being solicited under Total Small Business set aside to replace fire door hinges on all stairwell fire doors in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. In reference to the SOW, all system drawings will be provided during site visit. For site visit scheduling, please contact Ken Alluise at (206) 217-6454. Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and the Department Labor of Wage Rates for construction are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract. Anticipated award date is 24AUG09. All quotes and supporting documentation shall be submitted to Greg Hermsen via email to gregory.m.hermsen@uscg.mil or via fax (206) 217-6732. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 3:30 PM (PST) on August 28, 2009.
