PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Replace Roof Bldg. 2788 (Bowling Alley), Ft. George G. Meade, MD Solicitation Number: W91QV1-05-D-0018 Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) has a requirement for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract construction project to Replace Roof Bldg. 2788 (Bowling Alley) Ft. George G. Meade, MD. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 238160. PROJECT SCOPE: The purpose of the project is to Replace Roof Bldg. 2788 (Bowling Alley) in accordance with the latest codes and proper occupancy classification. The Government post the pre-solicitation notice of intent to use a delivery order under an established Requirement Type Contract with Verrazano Contracting Company, Inc., assigned to this contract W91QV1-05-D-0018. This notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. This project calls for the Replace Roof Bldg. 2788 (Bowling Alley). The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000 and $100,000.
