- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N6051409RC023X2 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred Percent Small Business Set Aside. NAICS 333415. The Naval Base Guantanamo Bay Cuba requires the following items. These items will ship to Jacksonville, Fl 32226. A specific Brand name is not required, but they must meet the required specifications for each item. ITEM 0001: 12,000 BTU Air conditioning Units. MUST BE ENERGY STAR COMPLIANT. Cooling Only, Highest EER Available for Size. With the following features: anti-microbial filter type, 6 foot cord length that runs left or right, through the wall installation, remote control, mosquito trap, 24-hour timer and memory back-up, slide out chassis for easier installation and maintenance, fresh air intake and stale air exhaust, 8-way air flow control, adjustable thermostat, room size cooling capacity: 600 square feet, electronic control pad, low voltage start up, blowers must be in front as these will be mounted high on the wall, Color: White. Qty 30 Each.ITEM 0002: 6,000 BTU Air conditioning Units. MUST BE ENERGY STAR COMPLIANT. Cooling Only, Highest EER Available for Size.
