Description

RFQ attachment 1: Vendor information form Combined synopsis/solicitation for emergency notification system. COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ # PC-09-Q-SV01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This is a requirement to obtain an emergency notification system. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 and size standard is $25 million. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. Numbered Noted 1 applies. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. THE FULL RFQ WITH ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE ATTACHED. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:00 PM EST, 31 AUGUST 2009 TO SVASUDEVA@PEACECORPS.GOV. Late quotes may not be accepted, based upon the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be directed to Saurabh Vasudeva via email to svasudeva@peacecorps.gov and must be sent by 4:00 PM EST, 27 August 2009. See attachment for full RFQ.
