- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation for Project No. SXHT 09-7002, Implement BMPs/MS4 Compliance Requirements at Patrick Air Force Base, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to implement required Best Management Practices that comply with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Multi Sector Generic Permit and the Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit. "STRADDLE B PROJECT". Period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date on or about 30 Jul 09 and proposal closing date of 31 Aug 09 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 562910/$14M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZONE Small Business. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
