- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to negotiate and award on a non-competitive basis a simplified acquisition with Global Objectives LTD, DBA; Worlds-Check.com for world-check database access. The Government intends to make this award for a period of base plus one option period. FinCEN requires access to World-Check data base to reestablish the capability to research international PEP's. World-Check Database is proprietary software developed by World-Check, who exclusively support the application. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than five days after publications of this notice. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received, that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole-source award to World-Check. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. Electronic submissions, in response to this notice, shall reference FIN-17000-09-0015 in the subject field and emailed to the attention of psb1@bpd.treas.gov. Electronic submissions must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET, Wednesday, August 28, 2009. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No solicitation document is available. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Service Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing lists.
