- RECOVERY ACT - The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to purchase a TI:Sapphir Amplifier with the following specifications: SPFIRE PRO-F1KXP - High power kilohertz <120 fs Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier, greater than 3.5 Watts output, stretcher and compressor and SP-OS-optics for 750-840 nm, 1 kHz repetition rate EMPOWER 30 - High Power, CW Diode pumped, 1-10kHz Nd: Ylf intra-cavity doubled, 527nm Q-switched pump laser, 30W @ 5kHz PDM-M1030 - FRU:DIODE MOD,809NM,30,32W LABOR LASER Tsunami-35fs-UPG - Factory upgrade of Model 3960 or 3941 for operation at <30 fs system (Not available for ps only or Lok-to-Clock versions) NSI - Lytron Water-Water chiller for e,power PN022J0EB2C051 PC14962 - 75 mW Fixed Power, 488nm Cyan Laser System, CDRH approved. Features: -Ultra-low noise for superior signal data acquisition -high reliability-multi-year field operational lifetime reduces instrument down time and service costs -Exceptional wavelength stability minimizes instrument-to-instrument variability -Single-frequency operation enables linewidth critical applications -Virtual Service Call TM remote and onboard diagnostics capabilities for unparalled service support Covered by full 1 year/unlimited hours warranty. EXLSR-561-75-CDRH - 75m W Low Power, CW Yellow, Collimated, Single Frequency. Utilizes patented intra-cavity doubling technique to generate 56 1nm with high conversion efficiency, resulting in lower overall power consumption, exceptionally low optical noise, superior optical beam quality and reliability. CDRH compliant. EXLSR-635C-60 - 60m W Low Power, CW Collimated red laser, Exceptionally low optical noise, superior optical beam quality and reliability. Requires 5 VDC power source. EXLSR-VC - Voltage convertor for Excelsior direct diode systems. All responsible businesses that are capable of providing the Government with the items that are listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that Request for Quotation (RFQ) NIH-DK-09-0099 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (7) days after the release of the RFQ. Quotations must be submitted in writing and may be faxed (301-480-8501) or emailed to (griffin@mail.nih.gov ). Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Library of Medicine, Office of Acquisitions, NIDDK Acquisitions Branch 4, 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 770, Bethesda, MD 20892 Attention: V. Lynn Griffin. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address.
