This opportunity is available only to those firms awarded and A/E IDIQ contract: Bargmann Hendrie, DHM, Farewell Mills Gatsch and Quinn Evans Architects, Inc. Only these firms are elligible for participation for this project which is for Design Services for Predesign through Construction Documents for the Rehabilitation of the Peirce Mill Complex at Rock Creek Park, Washington, DC. Selection of one of these A/E firms will be based upon the firms qualifications and selection factors as outlined in the IDIQ contract and FAR Part 36.
