Description

RECOVERY--Please see attached pre-proposal conference/site visit agenda, minutes, registered attendance list, geotechnical report, site plan revision 2 dated 25 August 2009, clarification on security fund deposit and fence and gates requirements. For the purposes of addressing the question that was asked last week, under the upcoming change to the medium size solar rewards program (effective on or about 01 Sep 2009), the security fund deposit is no longer required. Therefore, prospective offerors should not have any fee in their bid for the Security Fund deposit. Contrary to what is stated in the Technical Statement of Work (SOW) on page 12, in paragraph 1.7.2, the fence and gates for the PV solar panels will not be furnished by the government, with the exception of the existing perimeter security fence (where applicable).
